The Windmill (refered to as "Operating Windmill" on the Box) is used to grind grain. Thomas and the other engines usually past by here on Branchline trips.

- The Windmill can also be connected to AC Power Pack Terminals, which makes the Windmill's sails turn.
- For unknown reasons, the prototype Windmill's structure had black bricks and a yellow roof, as well as unpainted windows.
